Our products are hand-cut being undergone processes that are majorly human intensive and hand-made the pieces may have certain degrees of irregularities in the final product that gives each piece its distinct craftmanship.

Refund, Return, Exchange Policy

All discounted items are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery, and not after usage. Replacement is also subject to availably with us.
     

  • If you have received a damaged or incorrect product please write to us with your order no and an attached photograph of the defected(parts)/wrongly delivered product(s) within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will assess the damage and revert to you as soon as possible.

     

  • Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel while sending your return package.
     

  • We will not be able to accept any return/refunds if we are notified after the said 24 hours -
     

  • We have No Exchange policy
     

  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through tracking systems as we do not have reverse pick up facility. Any returned items that are not received by puntocheeni.store will be treated as not returned.

Shipping Policy

All order couriers will be charged a fixed shipping rate. Please check your order summery to understand your delivery charges. Delivery charges maybe subject to changes depending on the actual charges levied on us by the carrier/courier agency.

  • All orders will be dispatched between the 5th and 8th day of receiving the order. We work from Monday- Friday, excluding national holidays.
     

  • Products once purchased cannot be cancelled and will be shipped according to the above policy.
     

  • Estimated delivery time may vary according to the destination to which you want the order to be sent to.
     

  • All shipment will be send through Indian postal services , DTDC or Professional couriers
     

  • All shipment tracking details will be shared with the customer through email once the shipment has been dispatched.
     

  • Cash on delivery option is not available.
     

  • We ship globally- International shipping charges will apply as actuals received by us from courier service providers

All policies mentioned here are applicable for orders placed on our other platfroms namely, Instagram Direct Message, Facebook, and over Telephonic orders as well.
